LegalTranslate (“LegalTranslate”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by RAS Corporate Advisors LLC, a corporate advisory firm registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (ETA Star Al Manara Tower, 812 Business Bay, Dubai, UAE).

This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which personal data and uploaded documents collected from you or provided by you are processed, stored, and protected in connection with our certified translation and document attestation services.

We collect and process the following categories of information:

• Customer Identity & Contact Details: Full name, email address, and mobile phone number provided during quotation or enquiry submission.
• Uploaded Documents & Content: Text, images, certificates, contracts, and official documents submitted for translation analysis or attestation.
• Order & Transaction Metadata: Order reference numbers, language pairs, calculated word and page counts, quotation amounts, delivery preferences, and payment timestamps.
• Verification Records: One-Time Password (OTP) verification records used to authenticate mobile numbers before payment.

LegalTranslate does NOT store credit or debit card details. All online card payments are handled directly by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. / Stripe Inc.) via secure hosted Checkout sessions operating under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.

We receive only confirmation of successful payment, transaction references, card brand, and the last 4 digits of the card for accounting and verification purposes. Payments are processed by RAS Corporate Advisors LLC.

To provide reliable services, we integrate with trusted infrastructure providers:

• Supabase: Encrypted cloud database and private document storage hosted in secure regional data centers with Row-Level Security (RLS) enforcement.
• Twilio Verify: Telephony provider for SMS One-Time Passcode (OTP) delivery to verify customer phone numbers.
• Resend: Transactional email service used to dispatch quotations, payment confirmations, status updates, and tracking links.
• Licensed Translation Fulfilment Partners: Certified UAE legal translators licensed by the Ministry of Justice who access documents strictly under confidentiality obligations to produce certified translations.

All customer documents are stored in private storage buckets. Direct public internet access to customer documents is strictly disabled.

Access to uploaded and completed translation documents is granted exclusively via time-limited, cryptographically signed URLs generated server-side for authorized administrators or the authenticated guest customer tracking their order.

Customer documents and certified copies are retained for the operational period necessary to fulfill your translation order, permit customer downloads via secure tracking, and satisfy legal accounting and audit obligations in the UAE.

Customers may request document deletion following order delivery by emailing info@rca.ae.

We offer an automated AI Customer Support Assistant to help customers with instant answers regarding UAE Ministry of Justice translation standards, pricing formulas, attestation procedures, and order milestones.

The AI assistant is strictly grounded in authorized operational guidelines and cannot modify pricing or issue discounts. Chat sessions and transcripts are processed securely to provide context-aware support and assist our human operations desk when escalation is requested. Confidential payment card details must never be submitted into the chat interface.

When you initiate a quotation or attestation enquiry and provide your contact information, we may send automated courtesy reminders to assist you in completing your request or collecting feedback on your experience.

You can opt out of quotation and payment reminders at any time with a single click using the unsubscribe link provided in every reminder email or by visiting our opt-out page. Suppressing reminders will not affect essential transactional notifications (such as payment receipts and certified document delivery links) for active paid orders.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate data, or request the deletion of non-essential records.
