Refund & Cancellation Policy

At LegalTranslate UAE (operated by RAS Corporate Advisors LLC), we are committed to transparent pricing, fair customer policies, and swift resolution of order adjustments.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, page adjustments, and refunds are processed for certified translation and attestation orders.

You may cancel your translation order at any time before the document is assigned to and commenced by a licensed legal translator.

In such cases, a 100% full refund will be issued to your original payment card via Stripe within 3 to 7 business days, with zero cancellation fees.

In accordance with our Transparent Page Variation Guarantee:

• Page Count Decrease (> 2 pages): If our team reviews your document and confirms that the translatable page count is lower than the automated estimate by more than 2 translation pages, a pro-rata refund of AED 45.00 (+ 5% VAT) per excess page is automatically initiated to your payment method.
• Page Count Increase Notice Rejection: If a document exceeds the estimate by more than 2 pages and you decline the additional adjustment quotation, your order will be cancelled and 100% of your initial payment will be refunded immediately.

Because certified legal translations are bespoke, customized legal works produced by licensed professionals, orders cannot be cancelled once translation work has commenced or the certified stamped copy has been issued.

If there is a factual error or typo in the translation (such as misspelled name or date differing from the provided source document), our team will rectify and re-certify the document promptly free of charge.

For document attestation orders:

• Cancellations requested prior to physical document submission or governmental fee disbursement are eligible for a refund minus a standard administrative review fee of AED 150.00.
• Once official government, embassy, notary, or courier fees have been paid to third-party authorities on your behalf, those disbursements are non-refundable.

All refunds are processed directly via Stripe to the original payment method used during checkout. Refund credits typically reflect on your bank or credit card statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your card issuer.
